The Course Dinner, preceded by an aperitif, will be held on Monday, December 1. A non-refundable reservation fee of $40 per person is applicable.

Registrants must pre-register for all workshops. Registration is limited, space will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
The Course is planning on offering 2 lunch time sessions.
NEW THIS YEAR: As the seating capacity is limited to 200 participants and given that these sessions are always very popular, we are asking delegates to pre-register for this activity. Tickets will be provided for these lunch educational fora.
Printed Material vs. Online Material vs. USB Key
- Printed Material : (includes printed syllabus of plenary presentations and online access to all PPT presentations while ON SITE and post-Course, notepad, pen, pocket guide, bag). A fee of $15 is applicable
- Online Material : (includes online access to all PPT presentations while ON SITE and post-Course, notepad, pen, pocket guide). We highly recommend advance downloads before you come onsite.
- USB Key : (includes all PPT presentations received from presenters by November 23, usually about 80% of the presentations). A fee of $10 is applicable.
How to Register
Cancellations: Refunds (less a 25% administration fee), will be granted to delegates unable to attend, provided written notice is received by the Secretariat by October 15, 2014. Please note that all refunds will be issued only after the Course. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after October 15, 2014.
