Social Activity

The Course Dinner, preceded by an aperitif, will be held on Monday, December 2. It will conclude with an after-dinner special performance by Dr. Lavanya Narasiah, Family Physician (please click here for more information). A non-refundable reservation fee of $40 per person is applicable.

Printed Material vs. Online Material - Improved Digital Materials!

The Course fee includes online access on-site and post-Course to the syllabus material of the Course. If you choose to have a PRINTED SYLLABUS provided to you on-site, a fee of $15 applies.

Please note that all delegates will have wireless Internet access onsite. Presentations*, speaker bios and photos will be available online during and after the Course.

Workshop Choices

Registrants must pre-register for all workshops. Registration is limited, space will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.

Educational Fora

The Course is planning on offering 5 additional sessions (two breakfasts, three lunches). The seating capacity is limited to 200 participants on a first-come, first-served basis.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations: Refunds (less a 25% administration fee), will be granted to delegates unable to attend, provided written notice is received by the Secretariat by October 15, 2013. Please note that all refunds will be issued only after the Course. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after October 15, 2013.
